The first floor apartment at Quay Place occupies a truly stunning location next to the beautiful river dart estuary. The first floor position offers fabulous elevated views over the estuary, which were maximised in this refurbishment by the creation of an enormous first floor terrace.
The interior was completely stripped out and an open plan living / kitchen / dining area created with the ceiling raised to the roof soffit, exposing the period oak trusses as an original feature of the building.
