This proposal seeks to address the need for a more functional set of living spaces on the ground floor.  Here, the kitchen will be relocated into a new single storey extension to the west of the property, exploiting the sunlight throughout the day to the south and west. This extension will also accommodate a new generous entrance hall  and downstairs w.c. The current living room will be extended in size and a utility located in the existing kitchen area. An opening between the existing wall and new extension will be made to allow an open plan kitchen dining room.
