The currently vacant site occupies a central location within the south Devon town of Modbury. The proposal is to create two new timber framed eco-houses, for two Modbury residents. The dwellings are designed as a pair, are detached and located such that they take advantage of the orientation of the site and enjoy elevated views over the town to the south.
High insulation levels together with 21st century building technology and a highly efficient heating & hot water system embrace the sustainability agenda on this scheme.
