The proposals at Southway are for the demolition of the existing large house and the creation of seven 3-bedroomed houses. The three detached blocks occupy the footprint of the existing house and the footprints of two other dwellings which already have planning consent.

All the houses are designed with the living accommodation as an open plan first floor with aces to south facing balconies, taking full advantage of the incredible views south over Burgh Island and beyond.
