The Ashburton Cattle Market site is situated in the heart of Ashburton, surrounded by historic and listed buildings.
We have designed eighteen apartments, housed in two blocks, split over three storeys. The timber structure will be clad with a combination of coloured render, slate hanging and local stone, designed to blend in with the local vernacular architecture.
The design was developed in conjunction with the Environment Agency to address the inherent flood risk issues within the area.
