The refurbishment of a six storey Grade II listed office building on Grosvenor Street, London.
The entire building was stripped out, whilst period details were retained and refurbished. Contemporary insertions have been made, including a cantilevered glass and timber staircase and new glazed rooflights to the lower ground floor, creating a modern workspace within an historic building.
