A new build 7 storey office building, set within the heart of the Soho Conservation area, London.
The steel framed building provides 2500sqm of office space over 5 storeys, with the lower two storeys given over to restaurant use. The modern façade to the building has been clad in Portland stone, which is the predominant cladding material in the area.
The design of the building is simple and uncluttered, using the relief of the stone planes to articulate the façade. The modern design however, sits comfortably alongside its Victorian neighbours without dominating or looking out of place.
