The refurbishment of a tired 1980's building into new, upgraded office space

Over four floors of accommodation, 5,500 sqm of open plan office space was refurbished. The existing entrance hall was cramped and poorly arranged. As part of the refurbishment, a large double height entrance hall was inserted with a new well glazed screen. White painted walls, limestone floors, oak veneered doors and Portoro marble combined to create a new and more inviting public face.

A partially vacant office building was therefore transformed, boasting a substantial increase in rental value.
