New bar and restaurant in the Grade 1 listed warehouses at Royal William Yard, Plymouth.
The provision of a restaurant for 80 covers, to include a bar and private dining facility. Minimal intervention is made with the listed fabric of building, allowing its monolithic and industrial presence to be dominant. A new marble clad bar dominates the heart of the space with a dramatically lit timber 'wave' ceiling bringing interest and drama to the central spine.
The client has unfortunately decided not to proceed with the execution of this project.
