204 luxury apartments adjacent to Hyde Park, London

A 1950's office building was demolished, releasing a 2 acre site in one of the most sought after locations in London. The client brief demanded that we deliver the most luxurious apartments in Europe, using only the finest materials and workmanship. The development is broken down into two main blocks and a terrace of Mews houses, providing a range of 1 to 6 bedroom apartments.

Internally a sumptuous entrance foyer of marble, limestone, mahogany and parquet was designed along with spacious lift lobbies and common corridors. In the lower ground floor there is a full health club with swimming pool, two spa pools, a gymnasium and separate treatment rooms. Mahogany, teak, Burlington slate, glass mosaics and limestone floors combine to create a lavish and opulent setting. Eilir Sheryn was the Associate architect responsible for this project.
